JessiTraining är under uppbyggnad och schema kommer snart. Det STORA nya är naturligtvis kettlebellklasser. Ingen gruppträning bränner så många kcal som Kettlebell. Du blir stark,smidig och får bättre kondis på ett och samma pass. GRYMT!!!!
11 dagar kvar.....
Just nu består mina dagar av att planera min verksamhet vilket innebär inköp av utrustning,planering av gruppträningshema,boka in PT kunder, skriva kontrakt med hyresvärd,träna inför Kettlebell kval den 28 aug, klasser på Sats och sist men inte minst mina barn och privatliv. Idag har jag dock gjort något som är en milstolpe i mitt liv och jag är stolt att det gick bra......baka mitt egna bröd.Det här brödet bakade jag varje vecka när jag var mammaledig men efter några tuffa år med väldigt lite energi över till något annat än att hålla näsan över vattenytan bestämde jag mig för att NU ska jag. Jag älskar att träna men jag älska också mat. Om du känner hur det rinner lite i mungippan efter att ha tittat på den här bilden så fixar jag fram receptet. Mina barn satt och mumsade nybakt bröd till lunch och jag med för en delen....Härligt!

Jag är dock lite osäker på min varmluftsugn och tycker inte riktigt att dom fick den färg jag vill ha men dom smakade som jag kom ihåg dom. Min kolega och underbara Minisats ansvarig hade gjort en så härlig lunch så jag var bara tvungen att ta en bild.

Grillad kyckling,avokado,mozarella,sugar snapps,tomater någon typ av sallad och basilika ser det ut som och sen en lättare dressing med balsamvinäger och olivolja. Gott!
Det är mycket jag kommer att sakna på Sats men det jag kommer att sakna mest är mina underbara kolegor. Puss på er!
Underbar morgon!
Jag håller för fullt på med att planera inför hösten och det är många som är nyfikna. Jag är också otroligt spänd över hur det kommer att gå. jag kan säga så här långt att:
Jag kommer att vara kvar på Lidingö och arbeta med personlig träning och gruppträning.
Jag kommer att ha klasser som inte Sats eller något av de andra gymmen på Lidingö har.
Jag kommer att ha ca: 14 klasser i veckan + PT.
Jag kommer inte att ha någon medlemsavgift och du kan betala per gång.
Jag kommer att ha en hemsida som är www.jessitraining.se men som först är klar i september när jag kör igång.
Jag kommer att ha både inneträning och uteträning i grupp.
Jag kommer att vända mig till ung som gammal,man och kvinna.
Mitt fokus kommer att ligga på funktionell träning

After 3 years working for Sats Sports Club at Lidingö and with ower twenty years in the training industri I have desided to start my own buisness. Sats have been a very good company to work for but it is time to take a new step in my career. I will continue to have groupetrainingclasses and personal training. I will start the first week in September and I will stay with my buisness on Lidingö. More info on what and where you will find here in a day or two......

1/2 dl solrosfrön
1/2 dl pumpa kärnor

1/2 dl hasselnötkärnor (hackas också dessa efter tycke och smak)

No Car
So today and all other days this summer I walked to work, had my class and walked home. Later this afternoon I will meet up with my ex and my children to switch. They think that I will meet them with my car but no I will take my childrens old babycarrier and take off the thing they sitt in and emidiatley I have something to carry all there stuff in. Perfekt!!!!
Lunch today: Salmon 100 g, rice 100 g, cottage chese 100 g, tomato,spinach,brocolli and homemade vinigrette.

The wind of change

Today I ordered my new competition kettlebells. One 8 kg and one 12 kg and the special thing with them is that they are equal in size but not in weight. 8 kg is pink and the 12 kg is blue. Looking forward to workout with them.

New motivation
I have finely found new training motivation both in my running and in my KB training. I have meet a nother KB lover whos name is Ricky. We just reasently meet throu one of my best friends Camilla. Camilla and Ricky is a couple so when she does her running we workout with our bells. We have desided to compete in a small competition in just a month in Motala. The run both fore women and men is clean/jerk singel bell. It is so good to have a training partner and also so importent, like this morning. I was so tired but Ricky had just finished his job early in the morning and he pushed me to get up and do some swinging down by the water. When I layed in bed I hated him but as you all know...when you do it it feels so good. We did a worm up and after that we started with clean /jerk 10 min with one hand switch 8 kg. I counted to 66 on eatch hand. After that I did 10 min of snatch with one hand switch 8 kg and counted to 88 left and 94 right arm. I have to buy a 12 kg.

Counting Kcal..
When I dont work or workout I enjoy the Swedish summer with my children. This is just the best time in Sweden. Warm days and nights ant it never get dark.
Losing Pounds
Back in Sweden I now need new goals and one of them is to reach 132 pounds (60 kg). I have tried several times....as so many of us have but I feel more motivated now. Last week I started to count kcal. In the beginning I will try to eat not more than 2000 kcal. It is hard because I realise that I eat more than that when I don’t count but it makes me very aware what I put in my mouth. I know that I am not overweight but I just want to se my kettle bell muscles.
My second goal is to run Lidingöloppet 25 September. I did run that race 2007 and the time then was 3 h and 25,50 min ( 30km, 48 miles). 20 km / week is my goal. www.lidingoloppet.se . This year I will try to run under 3 h and 10 min.
Sweden - Home
When i desided to go to US i did not know what to excpect. My tripp was an unwritten book. Three months sounded soooo long but we all know that time fly and it sertanly have. I am glad to be home and i feel very saticfied with my jurney. I have met so many nice people on this tripp and i realy like the peoples hospitality in the US. Someone called me " upptight Swedish girl" and i was thinking....is that what you think of us. I can understand his coment and i will try not to be that. 2 month hard training in Portland with Kettlebells,one week in Florida and three weeks coast to coast on my motorcycle. its alot to take in and now when i am home again it almost feel unreal and mabye it was a dream......

My first tatoo
I have been thinking of doing a tatoo for such along time and I wanted to do one before I go home to Sweden. It’s a big thing and I wanted it to be a beautiful and feminine tattoo. I went to the tattoo studio next door from the Kettlebellgym and talked to them. Kene had time on Staurday so we made up an appointment and I told him what I wanted. I was not afraid of the pain, I was more afraid that Kene and I didn’t connect with what I wanted, but when I came back he had drawn a beautiful Flower tattoo with Stargate Lillys. It took us more than an hour to get it into the right position but as he sad “you have to be completely satisfied before I start because you are going to have it there for the rest of your life” ……..after that I took my time. I am real happy with the outcome. I LOVE IT!!!!!
where have i been?

I am back in Portland to se my friends here and fix the last things. I realy love Portland....after what i have seen on my tripp i realy like Portland.

Beautifull roads in Pennsylvania
I took some small roads throu towns and i realized that there was something special happening this weekend. Memorials day for all the fallen ones. I passed a street where they had some garage sale and i stopped and bouth myself a bodygaurd. I am going to need one now when i am going in to New York. Tiger is his name and he is the only one that is alowed to ride together with me on the bike.My bags look kind of hangy and it shows on the tyre that has not been layed down driving the latest days. I am not the biggest fan of US roads. They pavement are badly fixed and there are pottholes and small jumps every where.
The bike is up fore sale. i dont want to check it in on the fligth to Sweden....


Niagra falls
On the map everything loks so easy but all the towns are so big and there is so many roads and cars. Buffalo was a bad town and the heat realy doesnt make it easyer. My clothes are way to hot to where but they just have to do the rest of the way. At last i found Niagra falls and got my picture.
I am soon in New York..... Yes! I have seen so much but there is so mutch more to se.
