Rain and Storm! not the perfect wether for a biker so i went to the lokal gym. Lokal! 2500 members, 2 floors, inside runing area. Perfect! I feel like home. Started with asking them if they had kettlebells....NO! Well lets do some traditional weithtraining and finish with cardio. They heared about my ride across the country and gave me a T-shirt so that i would remember my stop att there gym. Nice place and god atmosfhere. They made some great protein drinks. Yummy!
