Trainer are training

At 2:30 pm everyday is the time for trainer to do there workout.My musles were aching everywhwere except for the back so I asked if we could do some chins and yes I got what I asked for. The kettlebell traing gives you  many variations and difficulty levels. I like it a lot and you have to focus on your technic first and load on weghts from there.this weekend I will go the certification course and after that I hope that Michael give me a class to practis on.
