The Bar Method


I had never heard of this kind of training before so I just had to test it. It is a calm and nice atmosfer in the training room and the floor is soft. I felt like I was going to a balley class. The class consist of strengtraining movements very similar to balley. After eatch strengtraining movment you do a stretch and the music follows the tempo.We use the bar,weghts and a very soft mat to lay on. I know it takes time to find the rigtht move so I will give it a chans on friday again.

The rooms are briht and with a wery nice interior.
