Fastfood or not?

The last week I have sticked to lo carb food trying to loose thouse love handels round the waist. So far so god. You can hardly take away all carbs so I dont need to worry about not geting any energy while I am training.I have been strickt but today friday when Leo wanted Pizza I fell for it and we ate it together. It was big so we ate only three pices. Mums! Jummmy!

The rest of the week I have to stick to my diet. I feel motivated so it is not hard and it will be nice to see how I will look when I go back to sweden. Extra protein is impotent when you are training hard. I have one proteinpowder after training and a nother one before going to bed. I dont feel as hungry during night when i eat it.
