400 reps on time
Michael arrange a gym competition between members witch is called the 400 reps competition. Unfortunately I was in Florida when the competition run was but you can do it after as well so i did it yesterday. What it means is that you do four moves 50 times per arm. pres,swing,snatch and clean and you can not change arm before you have completed youre 50 reps per arm/move. You choose youre weight and then you go fore time. I choose 8 kg and did my first attempt on 15:57. I wanted to beat the best time with was 14:37 so i tried in the afternoon as well. This time I got 14:50.....shit i wanted to beat the best time so badly but my arms were dead. Next time i have to have better technique if I am going to beat that time....witch i will do.
