Beautifull roads in Pennsylvania
I took some small roads throu towns and i realized that there was something special happening this weekend. Memorials day for all the fallen ones. I passed a street where they had some garage sale and i stopped and bouth myself a bodygaurd. I am going to need one now when i am going in to New York. Tiger is his name and he is the only one that is alowed to ride together with me on the bike.My bags look kind of hangy and it shows on the tyre that has not been layed down driving the latest days. I am not the biggest fan of US roads. They pavement are badly fixed and there are pottholes and small jumps every where.
The bike is up fore sale. i dont want to check it in on the fligth to Sweden....

Niagra falls
On the map everything loks so easy but all the towns are so big and there is so many roads and cars. Buffalo was a bad town and the heat realy doesnt make it easyer. My clothes are way to hot to where but they just have to do the rest of the way. At last i found Niagra falls and got my picture.
I am soon in New York..... Yes! I have seen so much but there is so mutch more to se.
Best fitness - Erie
Over 4000 miles is layed behind me and a try to take smaller roads when i have the posibilliti. I stop when i am tired or hungry. I drive throw so many towns and i can somehow feel good or bad energy around the town. This time i felt god energy...in Erie, a small town north of Cleavland. I found a nice restaurant and had some dinner, at the same time i asked them if the have a gym near by and they did. Best Fitness was the gym and it was big. Energy was ok. NO KETTLEBELLS here ether. Hmm! one houer strengthtraining and 30 min on the runningband.
Chicago - Oprahs town

Today i have passed/entered thre states: Colorado,Wyoming,Nebraska. The whethwer chanel are warning for storms and tornados in the north of Nebraska tomorrow just north of my destination. I hope i can pass it without any danger.

Moab - Utha, Mecha for Hiking,Biking,ATV driving etc.
South of Las vegas i meet a toingcar driver who sad that the drive north of LV is spectacular and i can agree with him. It is stuniching! I try to take the backroads as mutch as posible but the highways are not worse. With my camera i have tryed to capture some of the beutifull roads along my way. I will try to load them up on this site so you can se. Along the road 70 towards Denver i found one of the places that i never thouth i was going to find. the beutiy of the sites sometimes strikes me so hard that i can not hold my tears back when i drive. it is if someone just hits you with a bat over the chest. I didnt plan this trip so had no expectations. In Moab i did some hiking.....
pushups and
Meditation.
Las Vegas - Hoover Dam

I also met this nice Canadian guy who was on his way home to Canada after a tour down in Mexico and Panama. He had some stories to tell he would never stop.

Golden Gate
Well when i took of it was very warm and i just wanted to come to the coast. I had a hard time finding my way in to Somona but out was easier, i just folowed the sea smell and the fresh air. As you can tell i love the coast and the sea. I have never been driving on more beutiful roads than this. The curves will never end.
I realy didnt feel like driving around in San fransisco but i did take a tour down town and at the warfs and piers. I saw the hilly roads and all of that but after two hours i stared to get choked from all the cars and i had to leave town. South of SF i could breath again and i headed towards San Jose.
I found some nice windy roads up in the mountains between the coast and the valley. The wether changes alot. Sun, wind and sudenly there came fog roling in across the road and it got realy cold and mystic and then after five minutes there were sun again. Wow!!!! Dennis in Portland have a old time soccer friend in San Jose that took me in and today he is going to show me more beutifull roads down do Santa Cruz. Wayne got a K1200S I like that!

Do you like Kurves?
If yesterday was cold so did i forget it when i opened the curtains and saw the sun and the blue water. Before brekfast i went fore a powerwalk. When i came last night i dident se anything but the motel sign so it was nice to look around. A boy on the other side of the street sad " you walk fast" well thats the meaning of powerwalk. Otto the owner made some toast and coffe and i had company with a canadian cuple. 10 am i took of and i had no ide what was wating. Otto sad that i would have a nice ride and he was rigth. You who knows me know that i am afraid of hights and i can promise you that the roads were high abowe the water level. The view was so beutiful and at the same time frightening. Kurves and more kurves all day, what a day.
A few miles north of San Fransisco i turned of road nr 1 and headed towards a little town called Sonoma in the wine district( between Santa rosa and Napa). A man at the gas staition gave me a tip to go here and i did reach it but i have a to bad map so it took me ages to get here. Next suprise was the rates of a motel. I have spend 55 - 60 dolars but in Sonoma a bed and brekfast cost around 120-150 dolars. Well i did get a bargain at Best Western ( 119 ink. tax) I will spare the last bit down in to San fransisco til tomorrow. I hope to have some nice fotos of me and Golden Gate. Evening spa at the hotel with hot tub and steam sauna made my body smile. A glas of Wine ofcaurse in the wine district but it would have been nice to share the moment with someone.
Klick it or ticket!
Yes! that is right..when you drive a car. But at least they can not stop ME for that.
This morning it was raining and i planed not to leave Brookings but after lunch the sun was shining and i didnt want to miss a hole day on my bike so i took of at 3 pm( after workingout at the lokal gym whitch didnt have kettlebells). It was a lovely drive down the coast and in Eureka i ate dinner. I looked at the map and were thinking that it would be nice finding a motell in Rockport on road nr 1. So i took of and the sun were going down but i gave gas. When i took of from road 101 and headed towards the coast i found a big suprise. The road was windy and narrow and when the sun went down it got realy cold and the moisture crawled in under my clothes. At one time i found the bike shaking but it was not the bike it was me.There was no other cars and the forest got realy close. I could feel my feer but i tried to focus on the road.20-25 miles i drove not faster than between 15-35 miles/hour. I thought that i never was coming to Rockport. And i didnt because Rockport dont exist exept on the map. I got to a motell in Westport....the only one. I was so cold. The only thing that wasnt frozen was my but. 220 miles today. I would like to do that F. road again when it is day and warm so i can enjoy it.Tomorrow it will be a nice drive by the coast and no more after sunset drives on the road. Next stop will be Nappa wally..wine district.

It was a nice and traditional old gym. I asked if the had kettlebells witch they didint. He sad that i was the first person to ask for it and i ofcaourse told him that it would be a good ide to buy som and contact Spinach. We will se if he does. No inspiration..... i began 10 min running , 5 min rowing and then some modified kettlebelltraining with dumbells. I felt realy stupid in that gym doing my things so i ended up doing 20 min on the tredmill. I miss my kettlebells.
